We are the only plant in Colombia with international BPM certifications issued by Anvisa (Brazil) and Health Canada, a qualification that backs our high quality standards. All our processes are supported by the SAP platform, which ensures completeness, monitoring and control throughout every stage of the product development.

Thanks to our high quality standards, we have forged strategic alliances for new business opportunities in the cannabis sector, with new clients such as Avicanna.
In support of the development of the pharmaceutical industry, Altea Farmacéutica offers its new GLP-certified quality control analysis service for physicochemical technologies such as HPLC, gas chromatography, and microbiological analysis, among others.2019

Altea Pharmaceuticals continues to maintain its national and international certifications in line with new regulatory requirements. This includes obtaining our first GLP certification from INVIMA in Colombia and DIGEMID certification from Peru. To strengthen our relationships with clients and drive Altea’s growth, a new Commercial Area has been implemented.

Altea Farmacéutica celebrates its first five years serving the quality of life of people and the protection of the environment.
On this path to excellence, the company achieved recertification under the ISO 14001 standard (Bureau Veritas). It also expanded its service portfolio to include analytics processes and Annual Product Review (APR). This year, it obtained a new certification, HEALD CANADA, which authorizes exports to Canada and Australia.
